The applicant should fulfill the following conditions:

• Must have completed secondary school

.• Must have attained minimum pass marks of 70% in his secondary school and 65% in her secondary school.

• Should bring the original leaving certificate with a copy.
Should bring six (6) passport size photos

• Should successfully pass SOHDEC admission test

• Should have one year working experience in relevant fields (for distance learning program applicant)
